群発頭痛症例　NO２７　イミグラン皮下注射の影響なし

４０代　男性　埼玉県和光市

・約１０年前に群発頭痛を発症。２～３年のペースで群発期がやってきて約１カ月続く。今回は１週間前から群発期に入り、通常１日２回群発頭痛発作が夜中、日中と時間に関係なく起こる。昨日は特にひどく３回強い発作に襲われ、仕事が忙しいこともあり疲労困憊。イミグランの皮下注射を使うとすぐに発作が治まるが、使わないと１時間半くらい激痛に苦しむ。イミグラン皮下注射を使いすぎるのも怖い。今まで整体や鍼灸による群発頭痛治療の経験はない。

［経過］

・骨盤矯正と全身を整体で調整。加えて右ラインの反応部をしっかりと刺激。

・４日後に２回目の施術。前回から群発頭痛発作無し。イミグラン皮下注射を使用している割には効果絶大。

・８日後に３回目の施術。前回から２回発作がきてしまった。しかし経過としてはかなり良い。そのかわりに仕事が忙しく、疲労が溜まり片頭痛っぽい症状が出ている。群発期に片頭痛の症状が出ることは群発頭痛の方の中でもあまりなく珍しい。ご本人の希望により３回で様子見とする。

イミグラン皮下注射をを使っている割には経過が良好でした。やはりイミグランを使用している全ての方が、群発期の延長や経過の悪化の影響を受けるわけではないようです。

本来であれば今回のように、普段から激務で肉体的、精神的に負担のかかっている方こそ定期的に施術させて頂きたいところです。それによって群発頭痛だけでなく、日常生活の質がとてもよくなっていきます。

Treatment course

· Second treatment after 4 days. No cluster headache attack since last time. It is extraordinarily effective for using immigran hypodermic injection.

· Third treatment after 8 days. I have had two seizures since last time. But it’s quite good as a passage. Instead, work is busy, fatigue accumulates and symptoms like migraine are emerging. Migraine symptoms appear at the time of clustering are rare, even among patients with cluster headache. Three times to watch as requested by the person himself / herself.

Treatment course was favorable for using Immigran subcutaneous injection. It seems that everyone who is still using imigran is not affected by the prolongation of the cluster period or the deterioration of the treatment course.

If it is originally like a patient now, I would like you to regularly treat those who are physically and mentally burdened with hard work by usual. This will not only improve the cluster headache but also the quality of daily life will be very good.
