群発頭痛症例　NO４８　１５年来の群発頭痛でも一度の施術で終息

こんにちは、悠鍼灸院・整骨院副院長の鈴木と申します。
以前のブログで群発頭痛初発の方は改善しやすいことを書きましたが、施術がうまくハマると群発頭痛ベテランの方でも一回の施術で群発期を終えられることがあります。
今回は１５年間毎年群発頭痛に襲われた方の症例を紹介します。

３０代　男性　埼玉県

・２０代から毎年、秋冬頃に発作が始まる。群発期は約１カ月。起床の時間帯に発作で目が覚めることが多い。

・トリプタン製剤やワソランを使っているが去年からイミグラン点鼻薬が効かなくなってしまった。

・発作の際は痛みだけでなくめまいや動悸もある。

［経過］
施術１回目。群発期開始から２１日目。
首、肩、背部の緊張があり、本人もコリを訴えている。
また腰も右側だけが強く、バランスの悪い筋肉になってしまっている。
初回のため優し目に施術。

施術２回目。
前回の施術後、１回だけ出そうな雰囲気はあったものの発作は消失。完全に群発期が終わった。
体調も施術後から調子が良く、右腰の硬さもかなり取れていました。

［考察］
基本的に当院では数回の施術に分けて症状を良くしていく事を目標としています。
すぐに良くしようと体に無理のある施術をするとかえって悪化する可能性があるからです。
ですがこのように一度で楽になってしまう方もいらっしゃいます。
こういった早期改善を今後も研究し、増やしていきたいと思います。

This time, we introduce the cases of those who suffered from cluster headache every year for 15 years. 30s Men Seizure begins in autumn and winter every year from Saitama Prefecture and 20s. The cluster period is about one month. It is often awakening in a seizure during the time of getting up.・ I use triptan preparation and wasoran, but from last year imigran nasal drops have become ineffective.・ There is not only pain but dizziness and palpitation at the time of seizure.

[Procedure]
The first treatment. 21st day from the start of the swarming period. There is tension in the neck, shoulders, and back, and the person complains of Kori. In addition, only the right side is strong in the waist, and it has become an unbalanced muscle. The treatment was given to the eyes for the first time. The second treatment. After the previous treatment, although there was an atmosphere that seemed to be released only once, the seizure disappeared. The swarming phase is completely over. The physical condition was well after the treatment, and the hardness of the right hip was quite good.

[Discussion]
Basically, our hospital aims to improve the symptoms by dividing it into several treatments. It is because there is a possibility of getting worse if the treatment which can not be done to the body to improve well soon. However, there are also those who become comfortable at once like this. I would like to study and increase these early improvements in the future.
