群発頭痛症例　NO３６　効果あり！だけど課題あり…

４０代　男性　千葉県

・２０年ほど前に群発頭痛を発症。いつも１年半おきだが今期は３年振りで、その分重い群発期になっている。初診時は群発期開始から２週間。発作の回数がいつもより多くお電話を頂いた時は１日に６回出ていて、そのたびにイミグラン皮下注射を使用していたため、さすがにまずいと思い来院されました。痛みレベルは全発作強く、イミグラン皮下注射なしでは日常生活を送れない。群発期はだいたい２カ月続く。

［経過］

・来院時に目の奥のモヤモヤが来ている状態。モヤモヤと前兆が来た場合は間違いなく発作が来るタイプ。群発ラインを全体的に調整し発作は免れました。

・４日後に２回目の施術。発作が毎日３回出てしまう。全く変化がないご様子。症状が強いので早めに変化が出ないと、お客様が消耗してしまい諦めてしまう恐れが強くなる。

・４日後に３回目の施術。前回当日と翌日は３回ずつ。しかしその後の２日は発作なし。来院前日ビールを１杯飲んだが大丈夫だった。群発期終了の予感。ご本にもそう感じる。

・１７日後に４回目の施術。前回から４日くらい発作が出なかったが、その後からまた出てしまい、夜中に２回痛みで起きる。施術のポイントを変える。

・３日後に５回目の施術。前回施術後から発作が１回に減った。

・１３日後に６回目の施術。前回はあまり変化出せず、まさかのまだ１回夜中に来てしまう。施術ポイントをずらす。

・１１日に７回目の施術。前回から痛みレベル激減し、イミグラン皮下注射を使用しないで良くなったものの、夜中に１回違和感程度の発作が起こり起きてしまうためダメ押しの施術。

今期は３年振りだったためいつもの１年半よりも間が空いたため、改善の方向に向いていると思いがちですが、このパターンの場合はいつもより重い群発期になっているので、よりエネルギーが多く溜まってしまっただけと判断します。ですから次回は１年半後に来る可能性も高くそれに照準を合わせます。しっかりと定期的に予防施術し、次回の群発期はより楽に過ごして頂けるように調整していきたいと思います。

Treatment course

· Second treatment after 4 days. My seizure comes out three times daily. There is no change at all. Because there is a strong symptom, if there is no change early, the patient will be exhausted and the risk of giving up will be stronger.

· Third treatment after 4 days. Three times on the previous day and next day. However, there were no seizures on the following 2 days. I drank a glass of beer the day before visiting but it was okay. Premonition of the end of the cluster period. I feel it in your book as well.

· Fourth treatment after 17 days. I did not have a seizure for about 4 days from the last time, but since then I went out again and got up with pain twice in the middle of the night. Change points of treatment.

· Third treatment after 3 days. The number of attacks decreased to one after the last treatment.

· Sixth treatment after 13 days. Last time I could not change so much, I still came once in a night. Slide treatment points.

· Seventh treatment on 11th. Although the pain level drastically decreased from the previous time, it got better without using Immigran’s hypodermic injection, but a seizure like seizure happens once in the night and treatment is palpable.

Because I had been in three years this term, because it was empty than usual one year and a half, I tend to think that it is suitable for the direction of recovery, but in this pattern it is a heavier cluster phase than usual, so more energy It is judged that only a large amount has accumulated. So it is highly likely that next time will come one and a half later and it will be aimed at it. I think that I will prevent preventive treatment firmly and periodically and adjust it so that I can spend more comfortably next time in the cluster period.
